No refunds. Merchandise Credit Only. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the initial ship date. The ship date is listed on the invoice enclosed in your package. We will not accept returns after that date. Returns must be in NEW condition, with tags still attached and cannot be worn, altered or washed. Articles received in worn condition will not receive merchandise credit. Wardrobe reserves the right to refuse funding a merchandise credit or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
Earrings, jewelry and all clearance sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.
The merchandise credit will total the amount paid , less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return after Wardrobe receives it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You may also bring the return to the boutique within 14 days of the ship date on your invoice. Please be sure to bring your original invoice.
Wardrobe is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
If you would like to use UPS to return your items, please email VisitWardrobe@OutLook.com with your order number and item you are returning and we will email you a pre-paid return label that you can print out and tape to your package. Securely pack your merchandise and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and mail the package with the return label fastened to the outside. Drop the package off at a UPS shipping location. Once we receive your package, we will issue a exchange or merchandise credit, less the cost of original shipping and return shipping fee, and you will receive an email notifying you of the transaction.
